Big thanks to Adam for helping at the work party.
Fortunately, CDF already mowed the weeds on the dam,
in preparation for the CDF heli  to do some practice
water drops. It was quite impressive. Adam has some pics.
  Adam and I made an attempt to  clear a path in the
seaweed. We only made a dent. We'll try again early on the fourth.

Looking for a couple of good men to help mow the weeds at the dam on Friday.
I will be there by 9:30 I hope. I also want to clear a path or two in the sea weed.
  We will be having a Bar-B-Q on the fourth of July $5 burgers and dogs.
Coke and 7-up available. If you have a favorite drink, bring it along.

Sorry you missed it. We had a great time watching the geese being buffeted trying to land
on the lake. The wind was so bad we finally gave up between 9:30-10:00.
It was the first total bust I've ever seen in 10 years. Sorry bout that.
 By the way, There will be will be a Bar -B-Que on the fourth at the lake, hosted by Larry G and
 Glenn B. Hope every one can make it.

The dam looks great. We did the best we could with the Hydrania (sea weed)

I will be at the lake this Saturday to take care of the lake weeds(sea weed)
If anyone has any Ideas on how to remove them , come on out. I'm also

    I would love to see the Q-500 come back, I understand the noise
could put a strain on our welcome and also the constraints of the field.
  the new dog fighter by multiplex has peaked my intrest. It flys very solid.
I'm not opposed to going fast, but that does cost money. I would like to see
a level playing field for the dog fighter maybe somewhere between the T-28
